In 1997, Pedro Zurita, Director of Videoteca Del Sur in New York, was invited to produce and curate the 19th Festival Internacional Del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano in Havana, Cuba.

I was fortunate to be part of the selection that Pedro made for the 1997 Festival Internacional Del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano.
