One of the many advantages of practicing a craft for several decades, is that you eventually come to realize the importance of not taking yourself seriously and having fun. I long ago left behind an enchantment with video (I tend to agree with the trite old saw that it’s called a medium because it’s rarely well done) but have kept intact my appreciation for the moving image.
